TBH the property is in convenient location. Despite being a little dated, it's a reasonable value stay with good breakfast. The biggest issue we came across was the staffs' attitude when the airport shuttle bus service left my daughter waiting for over 40 minutes. They told me that there's another guest booked the shuttle from the hotel to the airport at 2:20 pm so they had to wait for the shuttle to send that guest and then pick up my daughter on the way back. I said it's 1:50 pm when she called. The shuttle could have gone to pick her up and come back to send that guest. They then said they didn’t receive any call from her, and if I wasn't there to tell them, they wouldn't have know about her needing a pickup. I told them how could she be advised of the 2:30 pick up time if she didn't talk to anyone. They then said that maybe their phone was engaged and her call was reverted to Wyndham who wouldn't have access to their system, nor told them about the pickup request. So according to the receptionists: if you need a pickup but it happens to be close (up to 30 minutes) to the time someone else needing a drop-off, you could wait a long time for the shuttle to send them first. Or if your call happens to arrive when the line is engaged, you could be rerouted to Wyndham who wouldn't pass the message back to the hotel and they wouldn't know someone needing a pick-up. These are wrongs to customers but they kept arguing and not accepting feedbacks, nor apologise (until prompted).

We were there as early as 11 am. They said that we have to wait because rooms not ready yet. We understand that, thats why we just waited patiently. The lady receptionist said that she will put us on the first available room. She also said to wait and she will inform us as soon as its available. About 3 pm, we notice that there where 3 groups checking in and they gave them rooms immediately wherein us who had been waiting since 11 am are still waiting. When i asked the male receptionist he said that he did not know that we are waiting and he cant monitor everybody who doesnt have room yet. As of it was our fault because he said that i did not inform him and he just started his shift. I dont know how come they dont have any endorsement and they dont treat clients well. They were noy even apologetic for our almost 4 hr wait. Staff are very rude and dont show concern on customers.
