Nothing but good on this property, and the fact that its neighbor is a french style coffee shop is a bonus. Central location to Granville Street and others makes it perfect for finding eateries and more. My only complaint is that you need to be tall to access the hotel safes. If they can do something about that .....

Great neighborhood and we felt very safe. Across the street from a Starbucks and has several restaurants around it. Across the street from the canada line train station eith direct access to the airport. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Vancouver!

Great time at the Opus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very cute boutique hotel in an excellent location in Yaletown. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Being an Expedia Gold Member I’ve stayed at many hotels in the Vancouver area. This hotel is a nice, average, OK hotel. It certainly not like any of the ratings so far. It’s a little old and dirty both in the rooms, in the hotel, very small workout facilities, the area is pretty unsafe with lots of drugs and such around Granville. Three out of the four times I requested my car through valet service. It would take 15 or 20 minutes or more just for your car to come and I usually waited. Unfortunately, I would not stay again. Also, they did not provide me with some of my Expedia Gold benefits, which right out of the gate was not a good sign.
