Comfortable but noisy

Located at a busy intersection, this is an older hotel with a higher noise level. The balcony doors do not have tight seals, so the highway noise on one side of the hotel was too much. In response to our complaint, we were upgraded to a quiet room on the other side of the hotel, but you still here the guest above you when they walk around. That said, the property is clean, and very well maintained, and has a delightful interior courtyard with fountains and comfortable seating. The staff is friendly and helpful. So if you aren't looking for quiet, this is a decent option.

We got the "customer of the day" room awarded to us by the computer, the room was nice enough, larger than most but I wasn't entirely sure if it was an upgrade as some other rooms had a city view. I didn't mind, they gave us a gift basket with snacks & drinks which my wife took full advantage of..! It's a great litte hotel in a great location with great parking at a great price.

Our stay was great. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and the bathroom was very clean. Considerable freeway noise. Front door was difficult to lock. Back patio door did not lock. But we were on the second floor, so it was not an issue.
