"Staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn’t get the lady”s name at the front desk, but she helped us twice with the subway as we had never used it before and we were very grateful for that. The only negative thing and I would say is that there was strawberry ice cream in our fridge when we arrived from the previous guest"

"Excellent location near MSG, Penn station and transit. Has some trouble with the door passkey and had to switch rooms because of it. Older hotel in good condition. Location in mid town made everything walkable."
