What an amazing hotel! The room was amazing, tidy, and loved the location of the hotel! Within walking distance to some great restaurants and the breakfast was nice. Would stay here again!
The entire place was CLEAN, family friendly, safe, staff were kind, location perfect only thing mising to make this a perfect hotel is a pool. You may not need a car because most of the places are walking distance
This property was housing residents displaced from the fire. I obviously have no issues with that. What I do take issue with is the level of noise, garbage just thrown on the floors, kids and teenagers screaming and running all over and slamming doors at all hours. I watched staff at the desk just standing there in the lobby as one kid was banging loudly on the fish tank while adults were stretched out lying on the lounge area eating chips and throwing the bags on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I ended up booking another hotel and left this one.
Very clean and convenient location. Walking distance to Canada Life place. Not much going on in the surrounding neighborhood but very walkable to the Exchange District, The Forks, and Osborne Village.
