"First time, didnt know what to expect. The hotel was beautiful, we'll cared for. The service was great, the language barrier does leave a bit lost in translation, but thats as expected. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job during our stay. Our butler Edith was the best, very welcoming, helpful and communicative. The all inclusive food leaves a bit to be desired, but the variety was nice. The beach and pools were great! Security was great. Always felt safe and comfortable. Everyone on the resort seemed to be enjoying themselves. Overall I would recommend and go again."

"This was our first time at Hard Rock. We enjoyed it so much we became members of the Hard Rock Club, the legendary club. I see me coming back real soon! The shower wwew amazing. I got to see Elvis, Queen and Michael Jackson all in the same week. On Monday they had Beyoncé but we didn't get there until Tuesday."
