"I was disappointed that I did not get at least complimentary 2 bottles of water for my tea and coffee.
I know since Covid many things have changed in hotels,
like toothbrushes etc. but water is, I feel essential for the coffee and tea that was provided. Other items I can live without.
On the positive side, your staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I felt welcome and the stay was relaxing. Since I mostly dealt with the women at Reception, please thank them for dealing with TV issues and help with food orders since it was Monday and the family restaurant was closed. I don't eat packaged foods that were available at the hotel, but ended up eating them since I was hungry and tired and just wanted sleep.
St. Jacobs was also closed.
It would be helpful to have a map of restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive of the hotel for tired and hungry travelers. "
