The rooms are hallow in feel (dim, cold and non-insulated against external noise/sounds). An on-site gym is advertised, yet not in operation. Oddly enough, the organization takes the liberty to advertise a gym because a third party gym happens to be accessible somewhere in the area... truly misleading. I am scheduled to be back in Brantford in approximately two weeks, however, I will not be looking to the Days Inn for my accommodations. "

"Staff were amazing - all three were very kind and helpful. The room on the other hand was beat up. It had cob webs in the corner and the walls were extremely banged up and scratched all over. This place definitely needs an update. "
