The HVAC in the room was too loud. Impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom floor needs attention. This is a newly renovated room. #272 Front desk staff and restaurant are amazing :)

"Rooms were very clean. I’m afraid that when we arrived there was 5 men free basing drugs outside the front door. It frightened us. The staff tried to take care of the situation by asking them to leave. Parking was fine it was underground but behind an automatic heavy gate.
We couldn’t understand the staffs English. Breakfast we didn’t stay for.
The area it’s located in is a frightening area."
