July and August: The OCNJ Boardwalk Trolley route goes up/down Wesley Ave (just behind our property). The Boardwalk Trolley runs every 15 minutes from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Driver stops at every corner on the route (23rd street).

All in season Rentals are weekly rentals only (from Saturday to Saturday) no weekend rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we don't allow any pets and we are a smoke free home. No senior week groups. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
