I reserved 3 rooms but only 2 were ready. The room i reserved was room 101(never reserve 101). The room was nasty. The sheet had a blood stain and the mattress cover was covered in stains. I now have bite marks on my ankle (bedbugs) that i didn't come with.The chair in the room was also covered in stains. I called the front desk for clean linen and was told the laundry room was closed. 5 mins later, a man knocked on the door with 1 sheet in hand. That was enough for me. I went to the front desk to speak to the manager, but of course he was unavailable. I checked out and sent an email but got no response.

The air conditioner vents were very dirty the bathroom sink is chipped, the toilet seat was very loose, the handicap rails was dirty looked like poop stains,if I wasn't in the position that I am in I wouldn't stay here
