First off, the agent at check in, Diamond, was terribly rude! No greetings, no eye contact, no smiles, kept looking at the customer she helped before us, who's now talking to maybe the manager. We didn't get to stay at Nobu suites, despite me making reservations specifically for that. When we checked in at 9pm, they only have 1Nobu suite and the 2nd room at Ocean. We were sooooo disappointed. Finally they put us all in Ocean suites. They said it's a free upgrade but we pay for the other upgrade! Why do we have to pay when they made the mistake?? We were too tired and accepted that. We thanked Diamond, and she finally smiled!

I loved this property it was apart of Cesar’s palace however it had its own ambience and it was beautiful. The room was clean I didn’t really eat the food but my stay was amazing

Nobu is Beautiful

I enjoyed my stay at the Nobu Tower. The shower was amazing and I loved the aesthetic. I would definitely return.

Smells like smoke all over including in non smoking rooms. Was charge extra to book a lager room I did not want but was force to get, that room smell like cigarettes. I am very disappointed. I ask to speak to a Supervisor and they refuse to connect me to one.

Nice room, friendly staff at check-in. But a false fire alarm at 6:30am which staff explained as a "test" and which took 1.5 hrs to resolve were pretty annoying. Also, that the phone in the room didn't work and created a disturbing noise.

Very friendly staff!!

The hotel staff was awesome. The room was awesome. The property is ginormous. Plenty space for lots of people. We ate at Gordon Ramsey Pub and the food was delicious and flavorful!!
