This freshly renovated spacious 3 story house and is ideal for big groups of family and friends! Centrally located at the heart of Atlantic City by the Beach.


The first floor has one full bathroom, three bedrooms and a laundry room,

The 2nd level has the full living room area with a television, a new fully equipped kitchen with 1 table for dining, and one full bathroom

The 3rd level has 2 bedrooms and one full bathrooms.

Each bed has luxurious, freshly cleaned linens. Each bathroom will have towels and amenities for our guests.

Full house

- Guests under 21 must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
- No smoking.
- No loud exterior noise past 10pm.
- Partying or unregistered guests will result in lease termination and immediate eviction.
- We have a security system for your safety and ours, there are outdoor cameras facing the street and we have an alarm system which you will have access to upon reserving your stay.

We stayed her for a weekend as my son was in town with friends for his birthday and they stayed at a local casino. Though it was a winter snowstorm in town, the home was very clean, big and beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and we did not have any issues or complaints. Would stay again as it was comfortable, would just recommend a little more plates, glasses, etc. and some baking sheets if staying longer and planning to cook! Kitchen was beautiful and had a huge pantry for storage!

inside was very clean, there was white cat hair on furniture, not a big deal. NO parking except one very narrow parking spot which was extremely hard to fit into or back out of. Street was check in 4pm sat and had to check out 10 am on Mon. no early or late check ins. so basically one day we sat outside for over an hour and could not enter even an hour early.

Large and spacious property that's in an ideal location to access some of the best activities the city has to offer. Whether going to the boardwalk, beach, or casino all are in walking distance or a short drive away. The check-in process and communication with the host was great; the house was advertised accurately and is a great value when looking to accommodate several guests. The only issues we experienced that detracted from the stay was the living room television was not able to get reception and the main stove was in a state of disrepair. Luckily it didn't affect our stay much. I would recommend this property.

Perfect for what we needed

I took my employees on a business trip to an expo that was being held at the Showboat. This house was very close to the Showboat, we could literally see the building from the front porch. The house was clean and everyone woke up saying how comfortable the beds and pillows were. It looks as though the home owner purchased this hose as a rental property and is in the process of fixing it up. Some of the bathrooms looked newly renovated and the kitchen and big stove were comfortable to cook and host a party of 7 in. I do hope the owner is saving to fix the windows. I understand that is a big cost. Some of the windows were cracked open and would not shut all the way but also wouldn’t open either. They were located on the upper floors so I wasn’t too concerned with someone breaking in. The home also has an alarm system so that made us feel comfortable as well. If you know anything about Atlantic City, as a whole it is 100% a city vibe, there are homeless (None that we saw directly near the house, but not far away either) being familiar with the area I was expecting to see this but if you are from out of town it’s probably something to be aware of. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
