Five of the seven bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, allowing for large groups to stay together and still maintain their privacy.

The spacious kitchen is well stocked and has an assortment of high end appliances. There are three ovens, two sinks, two dishwashers and a large fridge, allowing for guests to host large meals.

The living room, upstairs family room, rooftop deck, four seasons room, and outside patio provide plenty of space for guests to spread out. That is, when they're not enjoying themselves out back in the heated saltwater pool.

In addition to the pool (open from April 1st through November 7th), the backyard has an outdoor kitchen, a screened in patio, a gas fire pit and two docks. We're just four blocks to the ocean and right up the street from the bay beach, although you may never feel the need to leave the house.

Linens - We provide pillows, comforters, bath towels etc. We have negotiated a discounted rate with a local vendor for guests who wish to rent linens. Our welcome email will include a link to an order form.

Recreational Amenities - We provide the following items at our home: (4) Beach Cruisers, (2) Stand-up Paddle Boards, (10) Beach Chairs, (2) Crab Traps, (1) Beach Umbrella, (1) Beach Cart, etc.

Dock - You're welcome to use our dock if you're bringing or renting a boat.

Toiletries/Consumables - We provide a basic initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, & dishwasher pods. Guests are responsible for providing any additional items they may require during their stay.

Water Safety - Our home is located on the bay and has a heated swimming pool.  Please keep a close eye on any children and ensure life vests are utilized if entering the bay.

Trash & Recycling - Full instructions are in the welcome email. Two major points: 1) All recyclables must be put in the can loose (can't be in a trash bag). 2) Do not park any cars in front of the trash container bin or the municipal workers will not pick it up.
