Welcome to Majestic Moonridge Views, a gem nestled in the scenic landscape of Moonridge, where you'll enjoy panoramic views of Bear Mountain Ski & Snowboard Resort and the majestic mountains. Recently remodeled, this cabin is the embodiment of mountain luxury.

From the moment you arrive, the spacious two-car garage equipped with a 240 volt EV charger outlet invites you.

Step inside to a haven of entertainment and relaxation, where a game room awaits with a variety of games like pool, ping pong, foosball, and cards to keep everyone engaged.

Our expansive great room is a hub of comfort and coziness, featuring a fireplace and a gourmet kitchen, perfect for indulging in culinary adventures or sipping hot cocoa by the fire.

While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.

Outside, extensive decking provides the perfect venue for soaking in the fresh mountain air and a night of stargazing.

This cabin offers three inviting bedrooms on the main level and additional sleeping accommodations downstairs, adjacent to the game room.

For guests needing to balance work and play, an executive desk in the primary suite provides a quiet workspace.

Guests' Rules

Welcome to the Guests' Rules for Majestic Moonridge Views. Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.

1. Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests (8 adults max). Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.

2. Parking: Space for 4 vehicles, including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.

3. Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction.

Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
* Check-In: Remote check in after identity verification.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

Check-in starts at 4 PM
Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.

Please note:
Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.

This is a great place to stay if youande going to Big Bear and if you have multiple groups of people that you need to stay with there are more than enough bedrooms and there are plenty of activities to do for example there is a pool table televisions in every room and there is even excuse me

Great family getaway

This is the second year that my family (3 generations) and I have stayed at the Majestic View home in Big Bear. We loved the location, the amenities offered and the friendly staff who helped us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

Great property for family of all ages

The house was large enough to accommodate myself, my children, and grandchildren. There was a game room with plenty to keep the young people occupied. The common area upstairs was very large and we spent time together playing game, doing puzzles, etc in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, or just bring something in from town. The slopes were just a few minutes away for our snowboarders. There is also a snow play area nearby for tubing for the younger kids.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

This house has everything you need for an amazing time in the mountains. The house was even better than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked which was wonderful as we cooked all our meals at the cabin. Check in and check out was a breeze. The owner was quick to respond via text and phone. Overall a wonderful stay and I would absolutely come again!
