I knew my work trip would be stressful, so I was looking for a little slice of peace and this place met every expectation and more. The way it faces into the courtyard keeps it super quiet, the bed is supremely comfortable, the A/C is cold, and the shower is hot. Communication with the owner was seamless, and he was incredibly nice. This just might become my go-to spot for all of my Boston trips!

Great Boston Stay!

We had a great time staying at Alphonse’s apartment! Alphonse is super kind and accommodating, met us at check-in - and was helpful with ideas for first time visitors. If you're considering a hotel or a place like this, definitely choose this. Perfect studio with a great private garden. The apartment itself is full of Boston charm. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Window AC kept it plenty cool in the hot August days. The perfect kind of VRBO owner - there if needed, but gives the space to enjoy your vacation. Lovely South End spot!

I stayed here for a conference that was taking place at the Hynes Convention Center. This rental is a short (15-20 min), safe, enjoyable walk through the lovely South End. I would recommend this for anyone looking to visit Boston. the hosts were incredibly lovely, the spot was quaint and private, and I would stay here again and again! Great Location in a Great City

My first time staying in Boston for more than 24 hours. Our apartment was perfect. The location is hard to beat and the shared garden in the back was a beautiful respite after a day of touring the city. It's definitely our go-to when we come back.
