We loved staying at this hotel. The blue and white decor was calming and charming and the location was close to everywhere we wanted to go.

it had no gm, restaurant was closed , and other services that were stated when i booked, and reason for choosing this hotel rooms were no what was stated, verry disapointed and unsatisfied hotel had nothing more than what u find in cheep motel

Would definitely stay here again!
Very friendly staff. Our room was updated and beautiful! Had breakfast in the Regatta restaurant and it was excellent!

House keeping left our door ajar and unattended for hours, room service orders were wrong, they forgot to give me the breakfast voucher, indoor pool was closed all weekend with no explanation or anticipated opening date, coffees not restocked in room, renovations on floor above us without informing us or posting on website, plus other things I could nit pick but I don’t have too. Over all, terrible and expensive stay considering no amenities were available.

The location is great. The day staff at the desk was great,as was the restaurant staff. The night staff at the desk, not so much. The heater in the room was nonfunctioning (it ran but you couldn't control the temperature, so it just blew cold air). We were also forced to park offsite, even though I have a handicap permit. Overall, we will not return and I cannot recommend.
