My room was next to a highway and I had trouble sleeping the first night. Then I realized that the window was partially open and that helped with the noise. Overall great property and staff :)))

First night, we had a party next door and the whole floor smelled like weed. Service was terrible. I had to go ask for toilet paper. We left the sign out to replenish our room and they didnt. You had to pay for parking as everywhere else near boston even though there were plenty of parking.

This property is fantastic. What a beautiful place with a priority on clean. Thank you for that. The room had everything we needed and more. The housekeeping/Covid schedule was a little weird, but whatever we asked for we got! Wonderful time here!

The property exterior is well maintained and the lobby is clean. We've stayed at this location several times and may need to find another location. We were told the available breakfast would be until 11AM during the week however anytime we returned at 10AM it was all closed up and even no coffee available. Staff unfriendly. Desk was empty of anyone many times. Found security guard slouched in chair on the 3rd floor as we got off the elevator on his phone and floors filthy in room. We were also never told EVER that there was going to be a $250 deposit as we checked in. That has never happened on any of our other visits.

The hotel was great. The check-in was easy. With the security features to get into the hotel and elevator access to the rooms added safety to the staying there. The location was great, the room was clean and spacious with great amenities. The only thing I didn't like was the lighting in the room. It was a bit dim. So they need more lighting. But overall, a great experience and will definitely go back there.
