You will have access to the entire suite. This is a lower level, basement suite with it's own separate entrance on the side of the home.
No access to the backyard as that is for the upper units sole use.
There is on street parking that is easy to locate. You are also welcome to park directly behind the home in the area beside the garage.
Note that stairs are required to enter the suite.

University C-Train Station - 4-minute walk The train can take you into downtown within 20-minutes and to Stampede within 28-minutes At the C-Train station there are many other bus routes that depart from that location
This is a lower level (basement) suite and guests will be in the upper unit which is completely separate from this unit.
There were 4 female adults and the beds were very comfortable. Area is quiet. All the amenities were great.Only things we wished we had known in advance was that it's a Keurig coffeemaker (I brought my own and yours was much nicer) and there were no hangers (we could have brought our own). It wasn't that close to the ctrain station but it's a great location and LOVED the size and newness/style of the place.
Newly renovated BR. Close to downtown and university area. Note that there is no hanging closet in the space. All closets donât have anywhere you can hang your stuff as there is no hanging bars.1 bathroom also newly renovated but there is absolutely no water pressure from shower head. Ladies beware if you need to wash hair itâll take you forever!Overall beautiful and clean space with own side door entry great for privacy since itâs a basement rental.
