You could probably find a better resort than this at the same price. Staff wasn’t that friendly or helpful. The location is sort of inconvenient. The food was good, though.

I loved the service, the staff was great!. I loved Enrique, Arturo at the front desk, Isla at the main restaurant and all of the staff at the restaurants, the bar , the entertainment staff and maintenance staff were lovely. Conny at the VIP service is lovely. The food at Ostras and the main buffet was always amazing! Lots of choices and very tasty. Overall, it was a good stay and I recommend this resort. Its great for families. Thank you for a great stay. Muchos besos y abrazos! Carmen Feliciano

Looks like in the mornings they pump sewer water into the ocean, by the pretty bad smell that got in my room when I opened the window to enjoy the sunrise, anybody can tell that water has not treatment at all. That might be pretty dangerours for customers taken a plunge on that beach.

Unfortunately seaweed is a statewide problem, we are trying our best in order to keep our beach as clean as we can, however we can not control the nature; all the days we have staff at the beach working an cleanning our beach and this is for our guest to have a good experience on it. Beach towels are super old. Water park is for little kids not teenagers or adults. Room door locks need to be update. safe box in room is old. I got ONE key in a red string for four people. I can go on and on. Staff was friendly

I initially filled out the review and within hours the property manager came and confronted me. Travelocity told them about my complaint they was rude: spoke with other guests as well, the property smelt like a sewer issue. The beaches was not accessible mounds of 5 feet high seaweed and mud. You couldn’t access the water

The water park was fun for my children the water could be less chlorinated, the beds can be a bit more comfortable. The staff was great and very attentive
