The front desk staff had a very poor attitude, so please be aware. Make sure you bring enough cash, as there is an additional fee upon arrival referred to as the “Cancun tax,” and it can only be paid in pesos or U.S. dollars. The bathroom in the room is extremely small. If you’re planning to enjoy a nice, relaxing shower here, don’t expect too much.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good central downtown location ( we were deliberately away from the hotel zone and beach). Room was large and bed comfortable.

The stay was less than average. The front desk staff were not very hospitable or welcoming and at times were rude. Too many things were broken or not working properly such as our shower. And staff did not follow up on an offer to compensate us for an unpleasant experience that we had at the restaurant.

The room was dirty when we checked in. There was almost no water pressure in the shower, and what little water did come out constantly fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot, making the shower experience absolutely terrible. The breakfast was very mediocre. We only stayed for one night, and even that felt like a waste of time. I do not recommend staying here at all

I really liked Oh! Cancun hotel. The room was nice and very clean. I especially like the shower. The amenities were great and the staff was super friendly. The bar had 2 for 1 cocktails every evening. The location was great for downtown Cancun and near everything. I highly recommend.
