Dear guest, We want to thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We are always looking for ways to improve our service, and your comments are an invaluable part of that process. We have sent your comments to the corresponding areas to continue improving. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify what has been happening with our water system; During these days we have been making changes to our machinery throughout the resort; As you know, we are a complex with more than 500 rooms and spacious facilities. During the process we have had problems that take time to solve. However, I assure you that at no time have we stopped working so that everything is resolved in the shortest possible time and with the machinery finally working at its maximum capacity. We understand that renovation work could become annoying. The aim of these renovations is to improve our quality levels both in facilities and in service so that our guests can have a better experience. For us the quality of our service is of the utmost importance. We are glad to know that you enjoyed drinks, the beach, the kids club and the service of our hardworking staff. We hope that despite the inconveniences you and your family have enjoyed your vacation. Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Seadust Cancun Family Resort for your recent visit to Cancun. We are glad you enjoyed the service. We also appreciate you bringing our attention to matters such as the speed of the elevators, we can assure you that we are actively working to improve our facilities and hope you give us the chance to see them for yourself during your next visit to Cancun. One of those improvements is the air conditionng system. air conditioning system; during these last 2 months we have been making changes in our different machinery throughout the resort, especially our chillers (machines responsible for providing cold air to the facilities), as you could see, we are a complex with more than 500 rooms, and large areas . During the process of replacing all this machinery we have had problems and failures that take time to solve, but I assure you that at no time we have stopped working so that everything is resolved in the shortest time possible and with the machinery finally working at its maximum capacity . At the time of the failures, one of our solutions were portable air conditioners, and although we know that it is not an ideal situation, we just want to achieve the satisfaction of our guests. At this time we have already installed new chillers and we are constantly monitoring the facilities to prevent and avoid future inconveniences.
