It is very family friendly, depending on the ages of the children. After the age of 14, the beach is the best part and some of the events in the auditorium. With regard to improvements here are some easy suggestions and remedies. Trash containers on the beach among the lounge chairs, sign to not feed birds, lounge chairs had plenty of bird dung on them and not cleaned the entire week we were there. Tipping them on their side nightly would help. The men's bathroom by the sports bar had no soap in the dispenser for 3 days, that is how illness spreads in a resort. LARGE hand sanitizers by the dining facilities for people to use entering and leaving, NOT the couple very small ones that were not visible in most cases to diners. We reserved 4 rooms and for some reason they had us down for 8. It took over 30 minutes to get it corrected and then our 4 families were on 3 different floors. No fans in the elevators. If they were ever to get stuck with people in them, it could be tragic. Signs in the pool area to not feed pigeons. Bird dung on the concrete and children walking in it. Also, the music was unbearable for all of us by the pool. I understand exercise music, but after that, just some quiet so adults could read while being near their children. We stayed away from the pool area because of the loud music and/or entertainment staff. Food was acceptable with plenty of choices. The Asian was the best for us as we enjoy fish and sushi. Great food, alcohol, beach, sports bar, kids club, staff etc. We stayed for 5 days. One of the days it rained and rained, this hotel is not equipped to deal with it. Water was leaking in from the ceilings into the lobby and halls. Kids were going down left and right on the marble floors. Our son fell and slammed his head into the marble floor. The next day the hot water not working anywhere in the hotel for 24 hrs and we had no water at all for 12 hours. I talked to the manager about my disappointment and he said he would meet me at my checkout time and make it up somehow. When I was checking out he was nowhere to be found.

During the process we have had problems that take time to solve. However, I assure you that at no time have we stopped working so that everything is resolved in the shortest possible time and with the machinery finally working at its maximum capacity. We understand that renovation work could become annoying. The aim of these renovations is to improve our quality levels both in facilities and in service so that our guests can have a better experience. For us the quality of our service is of the utmost importance. We are glad to know that you enjoyed drinks, the beach, the kids club and the service of our hardworking staff. We hope that despite the inconveniences you and your family have enjoyed your vacation. Horrible check-in process. Mistakenly only booked one person, however making me pay $150 for additional 1 day (this was in addition to $260 for room). Room would not cool properly. Was supposed to have Received towel cards for the pool. Didn’t. Just horrible experience over all.

Food could have been better. Hotel needs some renovations, elevators are slow, room was clean, but needs some upgrades. A/C went down for a few hours Staff was fantastic!! Room service was great.

We also appreciate you bringing our attention to matters such as the speed of the elevators, we can assure you that we are actively working to improve our facilities and hope you give us the chance to see them for yourself during your next visit to Cancun. One of those improvements is the air conditionng system. air conditioning system; during these last 2 months we have been making changes in our different machinery throughout the resort, especially our chillers (machines responsible for providing cold air to the facilities), as you could see, we are a complex with more than 500 rooms, and large areas . During the process of replacing all this machinery we have had problems and failures that take time to solve, but I assure you that at no time we have stopped working so that everything is resolved in the shortest time possible and with the machinery finally working at its maximum capacity . At the time of the failures, one of our solutions were portable air conditioners, and although we know that it is not an ideal situation, we just want to achieve the satisfaction of our guests. At this time we have already installed new chillers and we are constantly monitoring the facilities to prevent and avoid future inconveniences. Receive a cordial greeting, appreciating the time it has taken to share your comments with us.

We had to call each day to ask for our room to be cleaned, sheets changed, new towels ect. The food was okay... lots of chicken nuggets and fries haha. I was there was more “kid” friendly activity’s day/night stuff for them. Maybe something like a kids “night club” would be lots of fun Painting on the beach Kids volleyball Kids karaoke Night shows like acrobatic or gymnastic The kids pirate ship was being repainted 1 day so we couldn’t use it, vice versa for the larger slides the next day. The staff was very nice, the kids loved the doughnut bar in the afternoons. Desserts at each restaurant was great I would give this resort an over all 7 out of 10 It wasn’t awful but it was great for what we paid.
