DO NOT STAY HERE ITS A SCAM!!! Very disappointed in our stay once you get there it looks nothing like the online booking!! Hotel is horrible !! It’s freaking hot in there no AC and service is horrible the staff are rude!! It was a total wast of money !!! Food is disgusting and our hotel room was not that clean !!! Very upset about the promotion on Travelocity because the hotel was a a total disappointment for me and my family !!!

Pros: It is all-inclusive. You get mini bar service (on request), dine-in restaurant, and buffet access. There are plenty activities for the kids, like, zip lining, rock climbing, water park, pools, and playroom. There was no need to reserve any activity or restaurants. Cons: Everything kept breaking. The toilet stopped working the second day, the electricity stopped working on our last day, and the jacuzzi was broken (didn't bother requesting another room). They don't explain anything to you when you check-in, They don't explain their features and amenities. So, I just researched and kept asking around. Since our electricity stopped working the last night we were there, they switched us to a new room the last day, and I think it had not been cleaned for a while because my entire family left with an all-body allergic reaction to the bedding. Very uncomfortable and itchy. Customer service: There isn't any. No one is there to answer questions or explain anything. They aren't there to make you feel comfortable, they are just there to get the job done, regardless if you tip or don't I notice the lack of customer service towards everyone here. If you don't care about customer service, this is a great hotel, because you kind of just take care of yourself and figure it out. Food: I am not a picky eater, but I understand the negative reviews of the food now. Everything is the same and bland. If you go to the sushi restaurant, it is the same as the buffets.

The food was terrible, supposed to be mexican, wouldn't feed it to my dog.Couldn't find a table to sit down every morning. Like a herd of cattle, and when u finally got up their, they ran out of stuff to eat, then u had to wait even longer. The kids pool isn't open all day long either

The hotel is nice but it was a ripoff because after booking for one adult and one minor 15 years they said it is a different price cause she is a teenager and I was fine to pay the difference but because I booked through Travelocity they would not take the difference, I had to pay for another person, a full price and not the difference and so far I am still waiting for an answer from Travelocity to se if I am getting my money back

I was manipulated into talking to the Infinity salesman as soon as I checked in. He promised me that if I took the tour I would get the free things he offered (massage coupon, 1/2 off of excursion and a Seadust Resort bag). He told me there would be no issues if I declined after the tour. That was absolutely NOT TRUE. After I declined a different salesman started being very aggressive. I ended up talking to 4 other staff members who all treated me the same way. AND, after the tour, they didn't want to give me what they had promised up front. They were very horrible and extremely pushy. With that being said, I though it was a very nice hotel. It was extremely clean. I never saw any bugs or that black hair that follows me from hotel to hotel - lol.
