Excelente ubicacion, amenidades, habitaciones limpias, toda las facilidades básicas, desayunos en Santino Restaurante muy ricos, y el café Deli. Muy amables y atentos. Totalmente recomendado. Buen precio, a unas cuadras de Playa Norte y al centro.

Avoid at all cost ! When I arrived they put me in a room that was not looking at all like the pictures, and what I pay for, then I decided to complain and they put me in another room again with not the view I selected, the ac was not working properly, not enough light and a smell like paint in the whole room, terrible place and do not recommend to anyone, just after 15 min from arriving I had to book another hotel and on top of that they don’t want to make a refund even do I was not there more than 20 minutes definitely a big mistake booking this hotel and be aware they might not give you what you pay for

This property is very nice and well maintained. The location is PERFECT for accessing the downtown night life and food carts (highly recommend)! The property doesn’t allow you to bring in your own alcohol though——well any food or drink. Very quiet, all the time. Young traveling holistic crowd made up most of the people we saw. Basically if you want a place to show off in pictures to your friends for being fancy, don’t stay here. If you are looking for a private get away where you will be surrounded by simple amenities and a lot of peace and quiet, than book this place. Staffing was helpful when approached. The pool was questionable. There isn’t really a beach, and their beach is the spot where the turtles come to lay their eggs, so it’s all protected. The night club does thump and bump until 2:00 am on the weekends. No TV or ice machine.

This hotel is located in a convenient location at a short walking distance from Playa Norte. Be aware, they start playing extremely loud music from 9pm to 2am which affected our sleep and made us feel tired and restless the following day. If it was not for that, we would stay here again.

The hotel is decent and more suitable for young couples or students. I do not recommend staying in the bungalows. They are very cramped, hot, full of mosquitoes, and there is a terrible smell of urine. Absolutely uncomfortable! There aren’t even any hooks for clothes. The shower cabins also lack hooks and shower gel. The beach is terrible. Late check-out is not included and requires an extra payment. On the plus side, the location is good, and there’s a café with excellent croissants.

Ive stayed here twice now and absolutely love it. Its Very safe and clean. They have a communal kitchen which is very convenient. They do charge for towels so be prepared for that cost. Otherwise overall great stay and the price per night can’t be beat. Also there are lots of daily events to participate in.
