"All staff members were friendly and helpful at all times - front desk, Elijah, helped make checking in easy and effortless; Housekeeping staff were always pleasant and accommodating - since we always had the "Do Not Disturb" sign out, then would inquire as we left our room if we needed anything - even when other visitors left their food & trash spread out on the floor fronting elevators, the staff cleaned it immediately; Glad there were the Elevator Doormen who checked to make sure only guests passed through; Grateful Tick Tock Diner was open 24/7 - made it easier when we were too tired to stand in long lines; Air conditioning helped to keep our room warm in this nippy weather; hot water for showers was wonderful!"

"Beautiful hotel, we loved our stay at Christmas time in New York. it was absolutely magical. I visited the other hotels that were decorated, and ours was the standout. The location was fantastic and the area was just a buzz with friendly happy staff and guests. 100% recommend. We had a Starbucks across the street and access to many restaurants everywhere using the open table/resy app. looking forward to returning."
