I've stayed at this property a few years back when it wasQuality Inn & Suites. This time around now that it's changed owners things are TERRIBLE!!
First of all, I was mislead by their property amenities stating that breakfast is available. Upon checking in I found out that they no longer have the breakfast buffet and the hotel itself is in the process of transitioning into a leasing unit. Which explain why the hotel itself looked so run down and unkept. The room was terrible! The ceiling was moldy and showed signs of leakage. The bathroom looked old and dirty. The tv worked for all but a few mins and then it cut out. At some moments I did not feel secure in this hotel mainly because of the surrounding tenants and not knowing what to expect from persons leasing out the units. I wish I was able to cancel and stay next door to the Hampton Inn; it's literally a paradise compared to this place. Also, there's no front desk service after 7pm and before 6am. If I'm an international customer arriving after those hours without access to a phone what allows international calling, how on earth would I be able to call the Hotel security to be checked in or if I had an issue? Save your money and spend the few extra dollars and stay somewhere else. This place should not be opened as a hotel anymore; it's just terrible. 1/10 would not recommend and the 1 is only because I made it out alive and well.
