La Poza is a six-story building with an elevator and a shared rooftop with a spectacular infinity pool with 360-degree views. This design positions you in the convenient heart of downtown while keeping the bustle at bay while you sunbathe from our rooftop pool. If you are interested in renting more than one condo, please let us know. We have multiple one and two-bedroom condos located in La Poza.

This modernly designed, third-floor, two-bedroom condo is the perfect choice for your vacation to Isla Mujeres. With La Poza's ideal and peaceful location, in the heart of downtown, convenience is on your doorstep!

Enjoy your airy and modern air-conditioned, spacious living area with a comfortable sofa. Indulge in this tranquil and quiet escape, in the centre of all the action on Isla Mujeres. Open your large, glass patio doors from your living area and start your day in paradise with breakfast and a coffee from your balcony, or from our ocean view rooftop pool.

At La Poza, you are located just steps away from the main pedestrian street, Avenida Hidalgo, lined with vibrant bars, delicious restaurants, street cafes, and shops. This awesome location also places you only a block and a half from the soft white sand and turquoise blue waters of Playa Norte, one of the top ten beaches in the world.

From here you can spend your days exploring paradise, relaxing with a cocktail and your toes in the sand on the beach, or wandering around the shops looking for the perfect souvenirs to take back with you.

When you have finished exploring and soaking up the glorious Mexican sun, you can cool down in your spacious, modernly designed living area. Read a book from your spacious balcony or from your ocean view rooftop, or watch a movie from one of the three Smart TVs.

The entertainment system in your living area also has speakers for you to listen to music from whilst you are preparing something delicious in the large, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes and utensils, and a large breakfast bar that can seat 4 people.

Or if you are in need of a siesta, choose from one of the two delightfully comfortable beds available. The master bedroom comes with a king bed, closet space, and a small street view patio. You can also relax here and watch Netflix on your Smart TV. Wash the salt from your hair and the sand from your feet in your large walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom.

The pleasant second bedroom has two twin beds that can be turned into a king bed upon request. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and come complete with linens and towels. The guest bathroom also comes with a large walk-in shower.

This was an excellent location for all sorts of Isla Mujeres exploring. The amenities were fantastic - including the pool and general space. It was safe and clean. Esteban was the BEST onsite host. The music is loud as other reviewers have noted, but it ended most nights by 10 (maybe 11 on weekends), so not a big deal for us.

This unit was everything we were looking for. Easy walk to all of the restaurants and bars downtown. The ceiling fans and air conditioners in each room worked great and we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

la poza is an excellent place to stay at, as everything is at walking distance. playa norte is down the street from condo as well as market place for all your shopping . Esteban went above and beyond with accommodations throughout our stay and suggestions on the island . I wil definitely be coming back .

Loved the location- it was so convenient to el centro and to norte beach. Due to the downtown location and the previous reviews- I was a bit weary of the noise- but our stay (mid November) was great. Yes, there was noise from the bustling area- but nothing louder than I was expecting for that location. I enjoyed being immersed in the downtown area for our long weekend stay,Loved the cleanliness and friendliness of the property. Easy to check in and out and always around if we needed anything.The 2 units that we rented did not have a washer dryer

Great location and nice property

My family goes to Isla Mujeres quite often. We chose this option because our usual hotel was fully booked. We were very happy with our decision. This was a lovely condo, very pleasant management team and good communication with everyone. We actually prefer this location to our beachfront hotel because it’s closer to all of our restaurants and the area of Playa Norte we prefer. We loved the rooftop pool as well. It was naturally warm and very good sized. Carolina and Esteban were wonderful to work with.
