Overall it is a nice building and convenient location. Spacious apartment and nicely decorated. Comfortable overall. . However, only 3 hangers for our clothes and I requested more but they did not bring them. Not enough coffee so we had to request more and then creamer was not brought with it. Also, the coffee machine did not work well, can opener did not work. Decorative pillows in living room are had bad smell. Toilet got clogged very easily and there was no plunger that we could find. Dishes could have been cleaner. Apart from those things, it was good and comfortable.

My stay at The Laundry Rooms Gaslight in Cambridge was excellent. The property combines the comfort of a boutique hotel with the convenience of a fully furnished apartment. The suite was modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with everything from a well-equipped kitchen to high-quality linens and toiletries. The location is ideal—right in the heart of the Gaslight District—making it easy to walk to restaurants, cafés, and the scenic riverfront. The building itself feels secure and upscale, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless and tech-forward. What stood out most was the attention to detail: little touches like curated décor, in-suite laundry, and excellent Wi-Fi made the stay feel both home-like and elevated. I’d highly recommend The Laundry Rooms to anyone visiting Cambridge for business or leisure. It’s a perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience.

My daughter was married at the adjoining event space tapestry hall. Laundry was very convenient. I am not sure I totally enjoyed the lack to front desk service and that check in was online but that being said I had a concern about dogs on the premises and it was very quickly resolved.
