The neighborhood

Nice and quiet neighborhood close but away from the Strip. The neighborhood was built in 2000' with grocery stores, gas station, several restaurants close by, easy access to the freeway. Best choice for your Vegas stay!

House rules:

1.Smoking indoors is not permitted. (Designated outdoor smoking area only) Any smoking inside the house will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.
2. When you go outside please make sure the door is closed behind you.
3. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
4. Please do not eat food in the bedrooms.
5. You may use the kitchen equipment during your stay.
6. You may use the washing machine and dryer and all supplies during your stay.
7. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am
8. All guests stay overnight must be listed.
9. Feel free to help yourself with all amenities during your stay. Respect all amenities and house equipment. Any damage and missing items will be charged.
10. Our neighbors will call the police if there is loud music after 10pm, so please keep your music down your singing practice to daytime hours
11. Do not touch, move or disconnect any wiring from the walls.

The cleaning fee is for general cleaning only, which includes vacuum, floor mop, dusting, changing of sheets, and trash disposal. The cleaning crew will charge me extra (which I will pass on to guests) if they have to remove stains, put furniture back to the correct place, deodorize smoke, or attend to any other time-consuming actions to bring my home back to rentable state.
