MGM Signature PH strip view condo with private external balcony - 30th flr

This condo is my personal unit at 135 E HARMON Avenue #3015. It’s a deluxe studio PH unit with a balcony on the 30th floor in Tower 2 of the MGM Signature condos.

Has about 1000 feet view of F1 track.

The MGM Signature is a non-gaming and non-smoking property. It offers a exceptional luxury experience to every guest that visits.

The unit as granite counters in the kitchen & bathroom. 2 burner stove a minifridge and a sink.

The Signature Condos are connected by an electronic walkway to the MGM Grand Hotel & casino, without having to leave the property. Across from the MGM Grand Hotel is the new T-Mobile Arena, THE PARK and The Park Theater, along with numerous eateries, The NY NY and Monte Carlo Hotels. To the North outside the gates is Planet Hollywood. City Center and The Aria And the Cosmo are about one long block west of the Signature Towers. The location is prime

The rate quoted includes tax (13.38%), resort fee, departure cleaning fee and complimentary wifi. If you’re flying into McCarran International Airport I find it very convenient to either use Lift and Uber to get around in Vegas. If you choose to rent or bring your own car there is 24 hour free valet service provided at the MGM Signature. There is no self parking.
There are no other fees charged. (You may order room service, cocktails,
etc. that you may charge to your credit card or pay cash.) The lobby will take your credit card number when your checking in for incidentals.
If you are bringing a car let me know and I will arrange for a parking valet pass which will be left at the parking attendants booth before you enter the gated compound.
When you arrive go to the lobby, show your photo ID and leave your credit card information for incidentals and you will receive room keys.
There is a nice breakfast place called Delights by the Tower 2 lobby.
The MGM Signature condos were built in 2006 as luxury condos. Most of the units are owned by individuals and the many of the units participate in the hotel program run directly by MGM.
I rent this unit directly not through the MGM rental program so you will enjoy lower rates and have access to all the same amenities.


The room will have an ample supply of fresh towels for your stay. If for whatever reason you require more towels call housekeeping, there is no charge.


The MGM signature is connected to the MGM Grand hotel via a climate controlled electric walkway. So you can get into the casino without stepping outside! That will take around 5 minutes. There are a ton of fabulous restaurants as soon as you get off the walkway.
