One story home , no stairs to walk. This luxury home away from home is very modern but very cozy. All three bedrooms have a TV. All bedrooms have a King beds, you'll have a great night sleep guaranteed. One sofa converted into queen size bed. All brand new furniture, excellent for family and friends up to 8 people. Full kitchen: coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, oven stove, microwave. This is non smoking home with no resident pets. Our house is smoke free. I will be a phone call away should you need assistance. Fee WiFi , cable TV .Guests will have access to entire house and garage. Free WIFI, cable television.Home located in Silverado Ranch, 2 blocks from South Point Hotel & Casino. Just minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, gas stations. I-15 Freeway just 5 minutes away. It's quick and easy route to Las Vegas Strip.You will love this location and style of this home. 6.6 miles 12 minutes to Harry Reid International Airport. 4.4 miles 10 minutes to Las Vegas Strip. Easy highway access. Taxis, Uber ride are under $20.

The host was excellent!

The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The linens and towels were of nice quality. The beds were firm. Most of us like them but one person in our party thought his mattress was too hard. We only used the TV in the living room but it was big enough for everyone to watch together with plenty of comfortable seating. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway for the weekend

We are all gentlemen over the age of 50. I came out to take care of some business with a car I’m having Restore and modify a little and meet up with my friends to see the Lowrider super show. This house is perfect. The location, beautiful home very clean and the host very nice very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place Mahalo to the host Marika

Vegas family vacation

What a great experience! This house is perfect for a large family, such as ours. The house is clean, the neighborhood is quiet, located too many restaurants and stores. Minutes away from the action in Vegas,and airport. Modern appliances, firm beds, extremely clean, well stocked, with a lot of room for a large family. Communication was easy and thorough very responsive willing to help in anyway that she could. If you were looking for a Vegas location for a large group don’t sleep on this house. We had an incredible experience and would do it again.

Quiet stay off the strip

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, close to amenities, and easy to get an Uber to the Strip! Remember to bring shampoo/conditioner but soap is provided. It took us a minute to figure out the shower but you have to pull the knob straight towards you to get the water to work. Marika was easy to get a hold of and our stay was pleasant.

Location was great. Close to attractions and interstate. Clean accommodation and owner was very responsive during booking. My only down size were beds where OK but not the most comfortable and there was spotty and limited tv channels. That being said would consider staying here again if traveling back to LV.

Christmas in Las Vegas - Great house, great host!!!

In the summer of 2023, our family of five decided to go to Las Vegas, to be with each other for Christmas. We didn't want to stay at a casino, so we rented this VRBO. We came from Washington, Pennsylvania, and Norway. We could not have been more pleased with choosing this property! The property hostess was super in every way! The location is so convenient for doing things, both on the strip, going to the airport, and making trips around the area (Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, etc.). The beds were fantastic! The rooms were all nice sized. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. The house was furnished very nicely. Everything worked the way we had hoped, even the outdoor grill. The property manager's expectations are very fair. If you are considering properties in Las Vegas, you can stop looking and book your stay here. You shouldn't be disappointed with choosing to stay at this house!

NFR Rental

Property is clean and well equipped. Location for us was great as it was 5 minutes to get to the SouthPoint Hotel to take the shuttle bus to the NFR. Only suggestion is the house needs a few basic kitchen amenities such as plastic wrap, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, salt & pepper etc.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood.

This is a very nice place to spend a week outside of the Vegas strip but in a very nice neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed the property. The house is very clean and very comfortable. Looking forward to booking again!
