The Mitre Hotel is full of history and character. It's in the perfect location for visiting Hampton Court. All staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The room was comfortable and warm, with everything we needed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done enough for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The only comment I would make is that plates should be warmed (our evening meal and breakfast was lukewarm, due to cold plates). (Heatlamp doesn't warm plates sufficiently). Also, the music, during breakfast was too loud...however, it was turned down when requested. Having said that; this didn't take anything away from the enjoyment of our stay. Will thoroughly recommend your hotel; based on the building, the wonderful staff and great location...including the great pub next door. Thank you.
