Check -in was great. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Gave me directions to the stores and food places in the area. The room was clean and stocked. Hotel was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We all slept well.

Room was clean. Unfortunately they don’t have enough parking to accommodate the number of rooms that they have so we have to park on the street. They were not able to accommodate an early check in, which I understand but was somewhat frustrating and they made no effort to clean our room early and they didn’t know if the room would even be ready in time for the 3pm check in time (we were able to check in at 3:30ish). I definitely think they could improve on their communication skills.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Downside; parking is too tight if you have bigger vehicles be ready to struggle a little bit. Also the doors are very loud, got woken up at 330am by someone's door slamming. Anytime any of the neighboring rooms would open and close their door you could hear them slamming, shakes the room a little bit.

They do not have an elevator and I was put on the 3rd floor. Room was fine, but thankfully it was only for the night. The AC made a weird noise night and I had to really block it out to sleep. It I had to go downstairs to deal with it, I would have driven away. The place is clean. Nothing special.
