"Beautiful property with many walking paths. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. I think that buffet breakfast should be included in the price of booking hotel. They give a 20% discount voucher for food if you eat at their restaurant during your stay."

"The Short Story: A perfect family-friendly vacation. The Long Story: Rooms: We had an extra sitting area adjacent to two queen beds, which was the perfect amount of space for two adults and a child. The decor is classy, elegant. The mini fridge could be bigger. The bathroom is stunning. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Two TVs. Pool Area: Our favourite spot. We had great weather which made all the difference to get maximum use of this area. Restaurants: The hotel restaurant offered great food and service. There are many other restaurants to choose from that are walkable indoors, which is a great feature when weather is suboptimal. We had the pleasure of enjoying the outdoor patio. Kid Friendly Activities: I had a difficult time understanding what this place had to offer for kids, until I learned the hotel is attached to other attractions, such as the Kellogg's factory, arcade, children's museum, Ice cream shoppe, etc. These activities could keep the kids busy all day (hours could have been extended longer). Atmosphere: If you are travelling here only with adults, manage your expectations as this place is not like other Hard Rock hotel experiences. This is very much a family atmosphere, kids everywhere. So if you are expecting an adult only vibe, go elsewhere. If you are a family, you'll have endless fun with some perks for adults."

"I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Metro. The lobby had some cute touches like a little candy bar, coffee, and things you might forget like ear plugs and tooth brushes. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. While parking isn’t cheap, that seems to be the case for any hotel around this area, and there is a discount. The lot is huge and a very short walk from the hotel. The hotel in general was a very convenient walk to London Music Hall and the market square directly to the south is lovely. The room was nicely renovated and had great water pressure, and the bed was comfy. The only negative of my trip was despite the room overall feeling clean, the floor was in need of a good wash. It wasn’t noticeable until I saw the dirt accumulating on my socks and then wiped a couple sections of the floor with toilet paper to check, and it came up filthy. The bathroom area seemed quite clean so this was likely an issue with the hardwood section (this room has an open concept bathroom). Overall I would definitely stay again!"
