"My stay was good, my room was clean and comfortable, staff was very nice and and answered all questions. however I booked again from 20 to 21 and was very disappointment in my room, had to be switched due to no heat and then the second room had a terrible smell but because it was so late when I checked in I did not make issue but they should check rooms before allowing people to check in."

"Was not aware that while parking underground there is no elevator. Bringing luggage up a flight of stairs is not fun. Website is still showing pre-packaged breakfasts which all the hotels were doing during Covid. So that is what we expected. It is not currently being offered, thankfully. Breakfast was ok. Frozen breakfast sandwiches you need to microwave but you can make toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc…. If they ask, I would suggest a waffle maker. 😉 Guest bathrooms for breakfast area are near check in counter and on 2nd floor - and be forewarned - do not lock from inside."
