The Space:
Space: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 950 sq ft, 42nd-floor corner unit with private balcony and wraparound views.
Sleeps 6: King in the primary bedroom, [queen/double] in the second bedroom, sofa bed in the living room.
In the unit: Fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, dedicated workspace, fast wifi.
Building amenities (included): Resort-style pool, fitness center, on-site dining, terrace, hammam, and spa (spa services available for an additional fee). Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee.
Guest Access:
The entire apartment is exclusively yours, with full access to the building's pool, gym, on-site dining, and spa.
Building registration & resort fee: This is an Airbnb-registered building. Before check-in, the building will text the primary guest a short registration link to upload guest IDs and pay the mandatory $35/night resort fee. Completing this in advance makes your front-desk visit much faster â or you can do it in person on arrival. The front desk then issues your unit key cards. The fee is set by the building and is separate from your Airbnb booking total.
Note: this unit is privately managed (independent of any hotel program at the building).

Mandatory resort fee: A $35/night resort fee is required by the building (not the host). It covers your access to building amenities including the pool, gym, spa areas, and other resort features. Paid at check-in via the building's text-message link or at the front desk. This is separate from your Airbnb booking total.
Check-in: A member of our team meets you in the lobby to walk you through arrival. The front desk handles building registration (ID upload + resort fee + key card issue) â completing the registration in advance via the building's text link makes this step faster. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance.
Parking: This unit does not include parking. On-site valet is available (set by the building, hotel-style â no in-and-out, fee per exit). For a more affordable option, a public parking garage is available on the same block.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee â just let us know.
Amenity closures: Certain amenities or areas may occasionally close for events, maintenance, or weather. These are managed by building administration and are beyond the host's control. No discounts are issued for temporary closures.
