To Book this condo:
My calendar and rates are always up-to-date.
The dates you request to book are available if the calendar show them to be.
To reserve the dates you want click on the "book it" button and follow the instructions. The site will offer you the option to purchase damage protection. this option is up to you.
You will have to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay for the deposit. The first deposit will be $150 and the unit will be held for you. The final payment is due 60 days prior to your check in date. You will receive a request for the final payment near the due date. This site is user friendly and secure. You can also call me to book if your prefer.

The Resort:
The Camelot Resort is located right in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach at 20th Avenue and N. Ocean Blvd. This is a direct oceanfront condo. Right across the street is a Starbucks and Papas fine dining. Right beside the resort is Bummz beach cafe that provides food, drinks and live entertainment. The new boardwalk is completed and is just a couple blocks away.you will love it. It starts at 14th Ave. and is a mile long. The new sky wheel is now open!

The Condo:

Our condo is on the 16th floor and has 2 queen size beds and a sleeper sofa.

For your outdoor pleasure there is a gigantic 90 foot indoor heated pool, an oceanfront 60 foot outdoor pool, kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall and an over sized sandbox on the pool deck. There are two generously sized hot tubs and a gorgeous oceanfront lawn for sunbathing.

The condo is within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping, this will save you a lot on gas!

The Camelot also has an indoor/outdoor pools, a lay river, 2 generously sized hot tubs, a beautiful oceanfront lawn for sunbathing, onsite fitness facility,a convenience store, game/a business center,with computers, fax machines and printers, free wifi and guest laundry, .Towels and linens are provided!

The parking garage is located in the building so you can go directly to the condo without having to cross the street!!! I will email the code to the garage gate prior to you stay.

PrĂšs de la mer avec une vue. Pour le reste, il s'agit d'un appartement qui a grandement besoin d'amour. Les photos nous induisent en erreur selon moi. De plus, la toilette coulait, le lave-vaisselle est tellement de base qu'on peine a mettre le savon et rien ne sĂšche. Les lits trĂšs peu confortables. Beaucoup de difficultĂ©s Ă  comprendre qu'il y ait autant de 《excellents》 dans les reviews. Faut croire qu'on a du monde qui se contente de trĂšs peu. Ça sentait le pot et le balcon est salle. Bref, nous y sommes allĂ©, mais ce sera assurĂ©ment la derniĂšre fois.

Clean room. Parking is safe and easy to into. Pools are heated indoors. Jacuzzi is delightful. Will definitely look to book this room again as the kitchen space is very roomy. Bathroom is also very roomy. Living area is open with great view of the ocean.

Trashy. Every previous bad review
the issues still exist. Very outdated and dirty condo and building. The elevator smelled like urine. The host seemed nice and was responsive but I feel is a “slum landlord.” You should make it a place that’s comfortable and one where people want to stay. I cut my vacation short because I no longer wanted to stay there. She should also provide a list of things one should bring that is not provided for guests. There was no dish soap to wash the dishes. There were no plates or bowls. The towels had hair woven in them and there was hair on the door and in the sink. Very poorly kept condo. I do not know how there were excellent ratings on this condo. Just plain gross.

My wife and I were unfortunately very disappointed with this experience. From the moment we arrived this became somewhat of a nightmare, the manager was supposed to send us the check-in instructions, but they never arrived, I had to make three phone calls to get the information. When we finally got in and walked into the room, it was clear that maintenance, attention to detail, communication, follow-up/through were obviously not top priorities. First, we noticed pictures of the actual furnishings did not match those on the website (couch). The security lock on the door had been broken and never fixed, a cover on the one of the electrical outlets had been removed and not replaced, several of the kitchen cabinet doors were severely mis-aligned, and a large piece of plywood was leaning against the balcony door/window. Later, when we tried to shower, we had to call the property manager again to get directions, as the shower controls are very unusual. The next morning, when we tried to use the microwave, we found it wasn’t working and when we called to report it, we found out it apparently hadn’t been for some time. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and service. No reimbursement for these issues was ever offered. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below expectations. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this unit to others.

The place was great. Nice location for us. Within walking distance to boardwalk. It could use a few tweaks, cabinet door was loose and one of the racks in the fridge was broken but it didn’t affect our stay at all. It suited our needs just fine. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation spot

Let me start by saying our host was amazing !! My 2 teens (one girl one boy) and I stayed for a week vacation. The setup of this place was PERFECT for us. The separate bedroom and door on the living area made it seem like we had joining rooms which was great for privacy when we needed it. The location was great and the views were amazing ! All the other guests were super nice and friendly. I felt safe letting my teens go down to the pool area and the beach by themselves. We plan on making this our yearly vacation spot. I highly recommend. Thank you Susan, it was a pleasure staying at your place, I appreciate having such a wonderful host We’re already looking forward to next year !!

Great location but poor cleanliness

The location is great, short walk to the boardwalk. Great view from the 16th floor. The owner Susan was very responsive when we contacted her about the shower curtain missing. Unfortunately, the overall accommodations were disappointing. The dinette chairs were very dirty, the bathroom sink leaked very badly. There was a 4-inch hole in a wall. The laminate flooring was in very poor condition. If you review some of the previous reviews that were negative you will find similar issues. Some of the furnishings have changed since the pictures were taken (such as the couch). I understand things have to be replaced from time to time but updating pictures should not be that difficult.

Disappointed

The property is located at a great location. The owner was responsive when we needed a parking pass that was supposed to have been in the room. The ocean view from the room was wonderful. Problems: the air conditioner created so much condensation that the floor was wet in the kitchen to the point where I had to put a towel down so we wouldn't slip. The condo was damp our entire stay because it was so humid and the AC did little to help. Any clothing, swimsuits or towels that were wet, stayed wet because of the humidity in the room. The room wasn't very clean or didn't appear clean because of the damage to the base boards, and bottom of doors because of the wetness. Things are in disrepair and could be fixed and/or updated. I'd post photos if I was able to, but I don't have that option. FYI, the photos of the property on this page are actually photos of several properties. I've stayed at several beach condos in the past and haven't had an experience like this before. This particular unit was very disappointing for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and the location was perfect! It was central to everything. My only wishes was that garbage bags and dish towels were provided. But that's ok, we'll remember to bring them next time. :)

Photos are not accurate

The couch is not leather (it is cloth). The bedding is not as shown. Different sheets and blankets. At least one photo is a different unit. Parking passes were not in unit when arrived. We were worried about being towed or ticketed so we ran errands until the passes were delivered later that afternoon. The cabinet doors in kitchen were wobbly and broken, toilet seat was scratched up, bathroom faucet was leaking, dishwasher did not work (owner had it repaired on day 4 of our stay.

.Too many broken things in room- curtains fell off if you touch them, door bolt wouldn’t lock. Had to get a locksmith to replace it. Half of a roll of TP for a week. No dish soap- it was empty and someone else tried to add water to make it last longer. But there wasn’t anything left!!! Dishes, silverware etc never cleaned. The blankets and sheets didn’t seem like they were cleaned. No stains (thank God!) but didn’t feel clean. Felt like they just made the bed after the previous guests left. Just gross!
