The hotel was super clean and everything was as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking to the French quarter in the daytime was okay but in the late afternoon it started becoming a little worrisome. There were homeless everywhere starting one block after the hotel and continuing for blocks until French quarter area. Even so no one bothered us . I feel if you just walk quickly and are aware of your surroundings you should be okay.

The hotel is nice but in a God awful area that makes South Central LA more appealing. We didn't even want to go outside. Terrinle area. Plus, the price to say was 140 and 40 for parking? Never again. There's no security for that lot and they had nerve to charge 40 bucks. Never again.

Nice hotel within walking distance to most everything. Parking was great!! Loved knowing our vehicle was safe overnight and we could leave it for the day without having to pay separate parking costs throughout the city.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city

The room was amazing the clerks at the front desk were super nice and friendly. We had a room with a balcony had a chance to just sit outside and look around. Whenever we come back we will book the same hotel and hopefully the same room.
