Getting Around: The St. Charles streetcar line is six blocks away and will take you to all the main tourist attractions including Audubon Park, Tulane and Loyola Universities, the Riverbend and the French Quarter. Uber or taxi will get take guests to most areas in the city in about 10 minutes or less. All street parking is free and first come, first serve.
Other Things to Note: Per New Orleans City requirements, this contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
The building is a 4-plex, and this unit is on the ground floor. It does not share any walls with the neighboring units. There is one unit upstairs above it. Parking is all free street parking, you should be able to find a spot right out front.

The property although nice, and clean, was not technically in the Garden District. And although they provided coffee, it was a big tub of already opened Folders.....for 350/night....I was expecting to be in the Garden District with a good cup of coffee.

Great place in Garden District
Great apartment for exploring New Orleans. Spacious. Clean. Since we are traveling with kids, we appreciated being in Garden District instead of the Quarter. Within walking distance to some restaurants on Magazine St. Street parking was not a problem. Short drive to area attractions: Tulane, WW2 museum, French Quarter. Apartment is on a fairly busy street but bedrooms are in the back so you do not hear street noise. You can hear some noise from the neighbors in unit above you, but it was not bad. Really appreciate that it is minimally (but well) decorated, so we had room for our belongings for example on the bedside tables, desk, bathroom counters and cabinets, etc. Great place to stay when exploring New Orleans.
