At check-in the staff spoke so fast and I felt rushed or as if i shoukdnt ask any questions. I was the only one waiting to get check-in so I don't understand. The hallway om the 6th fall did not smell great and the lighting could be brighter. The hand dosp doesn't go with the shower amenities, everything else was grest.

The rooms are small but offers a microwave and refrigerator. Although I did not have a balcony in my rooms there is a view of the city regardless of the back of the buildings. The staff is always a friendly reception. The location is right in the heart of World Trade Center, the 9/11 Memorial, Wall Street, South Street seaport, etc.
