Wonderful!

Hotel is located in a small alley with a valet spots in front of the entrance for easy check-in/out. The reception that check us in, Rob, was wonderful --he even upgraded our room. The room was great; clean and comfortable --it is quite spacious for NYC. Easy access to great food and subways. Worth the stay! Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

The staff is great and very friendly. Literally every staff greets me in the elevator during the stay! The hotel is in a low-key spot that is quiet and with privacy. Room size is okay. There are several great dining options around.

Great downtown getaway

We were in this area for a quick little family trip to visit the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the financial district. The location was perfect and the hotel had cool New York City vibes. We stayed in a king suite which was very spacious and comfortable for me and my two children. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there’s even a complementary Prosecco happy hour! Highly recommend!
