I was disappointed with my stay. The bathtub was dirty when I arrived, and there was no shower curtain. I reported it to the lady at the front desk. The curtain was installed but the tub still looked unclean. I turned on the water and it turned brown as soon as it hit the tub. Which made the shower completely unusable. For the price and the expectation i had, this was unacceptable. I emailed management, and have not received any response, which is also disappointing. I hope management and housekeeping improves.

Thecroom.actually was in good condition except for the fact thst the H/VAC unit was 3/4" too narrow for thevopening and never properly sealed. I wrote to Radisson explaining the situation and how much energy they were waisting by the cold air coming in through the gap. I presume that all the units were upgraded and they all have that gap. Radisson never responded The breakfast was spartan and the powdered eggs were unwelcome The staff could not have been better

1. I arrived a little early and the girl at the front desk couldn’t bothered. She just kept saying “check in at 3.” 2. When I did eventually check him a very nice young man greeted me. He was extremely professional and kind. 3. The room was ok. There was red/pink nail polish stains all over the floor. 4. When I went to take a shower there were little hairs all over the shower wall like someone rinsed their razor and tapped the wall to clean it.

Muchos complains de Los huéspedes sobre el cobro a la tarjeta sin autorización ( me paso) aunque ya me regresaron el dinero eso no habla bien del hotel., y donde dan el desayuno no está muy limpio tiene olor a baño por el liquido que usan para limpiar de hecho mire que con el mismo trapeador que usaron en el baño fue el que usaron para trapear el área donde dan el desayuno por eso no bajé ni un día a desayunar ahí. No lo recomiendo.
