Front desk RJ and Janelli (sp?) bent over backwards to remedy a small issue we had with our room. (I’m highly allergic to feathers. The late check-in to our room complicated the feather-free request.) They were cognizant, considerate and proactive. It is only because of these two working that night that I would come back to this property. The daytime front desk staff the next afternoon, on the other hand, couldn’t be bothered with graciousness nor kindness towards the hotel guests. I despise having to look at the tops of heads when I’m standing there. At least acknowledge and provide a “good afternoon…I’ll be right with you.”

The room was good. They messed up our charges on our reservation. And it has taken me 5 days to try to get it resolved. I still don't have resolution and it should be a simple solve. The team there lacks accountability. I have had to follow up 5 times vs. them following up with me to get this resolved.

Staff were great and the rooms are very clean. The water pressure is great and it’s hot! The only drawback is the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the rooms next door.

Very clean. Deli 2 doore down with lots of food choices, parking right next door, large common area to relax and enjoy friends. Hotel staff are ALL amazing, friendly, helpful peaple. Great bar restaurant across the street. Centrally located to attractions. Loved it there.
