Staff was amazing, always helpful and available!!! The bar connected to the hotel on the other hand, was very disappointing!! My wife and I entered through the hotel entrance, sat at the bar and was not even acknowledged for almost 10 mins! The bar was crowded! We got up and left with a very bad taste in our mouth!!!

Great location, minutes from central station and One Vanderbilt observation deck. Room was clean and well appointed. A mirror in the main room rather than just the bathroom would be nice but other than that it was great.

We stayed close to NYU Langone on purpose, never imagining the hotel would be so beautiful. We stayed in a king suite. I couldn’t recommend the location, the staff, the cleanliness, and the aesthetic more. It really was perfect.
