The hotel is a boutique hotel near Grand Central. Great location. The room was spacious and clean. The service was wonderful. They had anything that you would need. The lobby is very nice. Would definitely return next time in NYC.

Very nice place, but it needs a deep cleaning

Nice hotel, nice staff, great location, well-appointed and decorated room, but the room carpets need a shampooing and there was mold in the shower tile grout. I sent them a private message about this but got back a bureaucratic reply, so am conveying this in a review.

Fast, friendly check-in and impressively quick elevators with little to no wait time. Complimentary water bottles in the room and available upon request were a nice touch. Loved the great coffee and tea setup in the lobby each morning. The location is fantastic: just 2.5 blocks from Grand Central and close to Los Tacos, with the area feeling both safe and quiet while still super convenient. The super friendly doorman welcomed us each time we came in and added to the overall feeling of safety. Room had some cleanliness issues—crumbs on the carpet, a left-behind bottle cap, a missing dresser handle, and a few mystery drips and dings on the wall. The mini fridge was handy but could’ve used a good cleaning. That said, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean, which matters most. Bonus points for the overall cool vibe of the hotel—it definitely made the stay feel more welcoming.

The hotel doesn’t look like the photos (it’s all painted dark and there is very little light in the lobby). And we were given a corner room that could not have been smaller, looking into a dark alley. The bathroom sink was the smallest I’ve ever seen. It was a fine stay but I would not stay here again.
