Close to Grand Central not far from Bryant Park the hotel itself is old could use an update but the room was quiet bed was comfy very small bathroom good for one night probably wouldn’t stay again. Good if you need space for 3 we had a bedroom that closed off from the living room where one person stayed on the pull out. Decent for the price .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Renwick. Our room was small but clean and very thoughfully designed to have storage, place to take off your shoes, nice bathroom, etc. Very comfy bed and a writing desk. The room looks and feels better than it does in the photos, if not bigger :) The location is fantastic right by Grand Central station, easy walk to Broadway theaters and easy subway ride to Museum row on 5th avenue. Good food options nearby. The morning coffee is basic, but there are great places nearby for meals. I used the gym facility in the cellar - it's small but functional and well appointed.

The room 1706 with 2 queen beds was more spacious than any reasonably priced room I've ever had in NYC. Quiet too...and we had corner windows....one facing the street. The hotel staff was kind and efficient. Super close to Grand Central. Could see Empire state building from our room. Easily controlled temp and roomy clean modern bathroom. Fridge held our leftovers. Elevator was fairly fast...but not secured from nonguests, but didnt see any problems. Would stay again. They offer a $75 ride back to LGA, but yellow cab is $67.

My experience was good. The staff was pleasant, and the room was clean. However, I have medication that requires refrigeration, and the refrigerator was broken. The front desk staff member had someone bring me a bag of ice and sent an engineer up to replace the fridge. I was impressed with the speed at which this happened. The only other "problems" were the position of the TV, which obstructs access to the bathroom. Every time I entered the bathroom, I would have to do it from a side angle; otherwise, I would risk damaging the TV. And the bathroom sink is far too small. Washing my face proved difficult, as often the floor would become wet. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

All of the staff at the Renwick were very friendly. The hotel is very close to Grand Central which makes commuting to the distant parts of the city very easy. Times Square is an easy and safe walk.
