All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Great food and service at the bar. Airport shuttle was convenient and on time. Next time I’m flying out of LaGuardia I’m going to stay at this hotel again. Thank you so much for the night stay!

Rude and disrespectful front desk employee at check in. Made our son feel uncomfortable. Room was cleaned half job found toe nail clippings in carpet which we stepped on. Asked for extra pillows never brought to us. Check out staff was great thy all need to be like them. Wish our check in was handled by them.

Excellent stay - clean room and friendly helpful staff. One drawback - the showers. You have to go in the shower to turn it on and the water was either scalding hot or frigid cold… no in between… and at high pressure.
