ITEM STOLEN FROM MY SUITCASE DURING STAY. I would not recommend staying here. For starters when I came to check in after a long flight around 7:30 pm I had to wait over 45minutes for someone to come to the check in desk and check me in. Additionally, on checking out I realised that an item from my suitcase which I did not use during my stay (my beats headphones) was missing! After immediately reporting this the manager took over a week to get back to me saying he checked the footage and there was no sign of theft!! RIDICULOUS DO NOT STAY HERE.

I did not like how the room did not have a fridge. The room did not have a hair dryer along with an iron at all. The ac did not work in the room , called down to guest services and no one would answer the phone

I liked the staff at the front desk.. 5/5 stars they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind.. the room was gorgeous, spacious & comfortable. Very modern i loved the bathroom.. 100% will stay again and recommend this hotel
