About this space
Welcome to a brand new build Luxury home in a great neighborhood of Niagara Falls. This brand new, never lived in home was built in August of 2022.

We look forward to hosting you, your family and your friends in our home. Your home away from home. 8 mins to the falls.

This home can accommodate 8 people, but for additional charges, we can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
The space
This listing is for the entire home which is a 4 bedroom home. It features 4 bedroom large bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, and a stand up shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, and a bathtub. the third and fourth bedroom have a queen sized bed with a shared full bathroom with a bathtub. In total there are 3 full bathrooms upstairs and one powder room on the main floor. The basement is unfinished and not included.

On the main floor, there are 2 large living rooms with 65 inch TVs in each. One couch converts into a bed. A large kitchen with an island for cooking and gathering. Backyard with deck, propane bbq, outdoor table with umbrella and seating. Laundry room on main floor is fully equipped with Electrolux washing machine and dryer. Home features 10 ft ceilings upstairs and 11 ft ceiling on main floor.

We can accommodate up to 8 adults in this home (2 per bedroom) and a maximum of 10 adults including the pull out couch upon request for an extra fee.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire house. The basement is unfinished and not included.
Other things to note
There is no smoking of any kind in this home and we are all quests to smoke outside the home if needed.

Please remove shoes at the front in the foyer to maintain cleanliness and integrity of the home. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Great Location

The property was very clean and very quiet. The owner was very responsive to messages. The location is great- 8 minute drive to the falls. Plenty of space to stretch out. Negatives- not very cozy. No art work on the walls. Everything was stark white and felt cold. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. All 4 beds were exactly the same. We ended up leaving a day early due to lack of sleep.

Great Place and Location!!

The host was very nice and easy to work with. Instructions were easy to follow. The place was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Overall, my whole family loved the place and will definitely stay again :)

Large Refrigerator and freezer not working at all

Stay was September 13 to 15, 2024. I had read a review that the refrigerator was not working and asked if it was now. I was told it was however, upon arrival the large kitchen refrigerator was not working. We went to Niagara to attend the Niagara fitness event at the conference centre. We were an adult family of 5 all over the age of 22. We could not cook any meals except breakfast. The 2 smaller refrigerators hold drinks mostly and not any groceries. Being in Niagara for a fitness event that is not helpful at all for athletes. We had to eat out for meals the 4 men were not very happy about this at all. A short stay is tolerable but nothing more than that.

This is a new house in a very nice neighborhood that was convenient to all Niagara Falls activities. Has every thing needed. The host is excellent. Very easy to communicate with her.

We were very pleased with our stay at this rental. It was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Communication with the owner was friendly and helpful. We appreciated having four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It was the perfect set-up for our family and our exchange student.

KC Getaway

We were very pleased with the property and the host was very responsive to our needs. We did have a problem with the refrigerator but there were small refrigerators that were there that would suit our needs. I think the host will ensure the main refrigerator will be repaired/replaced.
