"Check in was completed well. Staff were attentive & professional. Room was clean. Smallish room with view over the city. Storage for luggage is under bed. Bed was a good size & comfortable. Nice decor with amenities including fridge, coffee machine. Buffet breakfast was included with my room stay & was plentiful. All staff in the hotel are ready & willing to help & friendly. Hotel RIU Plaza is walkable to downtown Toronto & attractions. There are also plentiful dining options in the surrounding area. I enjoyed my stay at Hotel RIU Plaza & was very handy for my first visit to Toronto. "
