"Parking is expensive and if you book with Hyatt plaza breakfast not included but if you book Hyatt house which includes breakfast Also if you park overnight is $25 but if you go in and out few times it is $48 "

"This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff was very accommodating. My daughter and I were having a terrible day traveling. We had flight delays, missed connections, and an unexpected 13 hour delay to get on another flight. Fortunately, the staff was very accommodating and let us check-in early and we were able to rest before going back to the airport. The cafe was pricey but was competitive for similar types of hotels. Anyway, they recommended the breakfast sandwich and it was delicious as well as the muffin we opted to try. I definitely recommend staying here. Also, very convenient since there is a free shuttle. Also, they have the best pillows!!!"

"Kind staff. Fantastic location to Universal Studios Theme Park and NBC Universal Studios. Walking to Gate 3 for studio Business is easy, walking back may be challenging with 40 degree grade incline for an 1/8 of a mile. NBC Employee Garage Shuttle Vans provide drop off between Theme Park Entrance and western acces for the City Walk. Allow an extra 15 minutes depending on crowd awaiting shuttle service. 15 to 20 min drive from Hollywood & Vine. Starbucks in the lobby. Self serve sundry store provides forgotten basic toiletries and snacks."
