The hotel smells really bad no housekeeping for 14 days and no clean linen. Guests are sketchy and rooms are very old and upkeep is not being done

Worst hotel ever, no hot water our entire stay, had to switch rooms because nothing in the first one worked, roaches everywhere, mold everywhere, manager refuses to do anything about it. Cut my stay short and moving into a different hotel it was the worst stay of my life.

First of all the check in was fine The problem came when we tried to use our Key Cards. After about 20 swipes on any door you try to open the light would finally turn green. Everything in the room has been just painted over the refrigerator, the walls. Never could get water hot enough to be comfortable for a shower worth taking. My 2 year old got sick and threw up in the bed the first night so as we were headed out for the day I stopped at the front desk and asked for house keeping to change out sheets and replace all towels bc all of them were messed up from my toddler pukin I explained I took everything off and put in a pile at the door. I was told that I needed to return to the room and bring the garments to the front desk and they would wash them and I could pick them back up and put them back On myself, no problem. The stairwell smelled as if someone took a bowel movement never had been cleaned up. The whole hotel has a bad odor to it. The breakfast is pick a muffin or a pack of grits or oatmeal. The picture shown is the room just very much rundown. We tried to pull the sofa bed out and it was completely broken on the frame so we couldn’t even sleep on it after my son puked. Cleanliness was not a priority. Was told that front desk is not available after 11 pm. Won’t be staying again, no hospitality at all.

First of all I booked this hotel the same day. Upon my arrival they said they didn’t have a room but they offered a room that was active. He asked if I wanted to see it first. That should have been my red flag, let’s say I was afraid to even step foot in the room. First thing I noticed that the smell already made me sick. The kitchen book cabinets are broken and well everything in that room was old. I can’t believe they even rent rooms like this. I immediately walked out, asked for a cancellation so I can go elsewhere, but unfortunately I had to contact hotels.com to dispute. Needless to say I am still waiting for my refund or a response back from hotel.com. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Not our regular room and we definitely felt it! The carpet in the room was filthy, as well as the outside of the refrigerator. We wish you guys would have a better breakfast selection for free continental.

We had to change rooms because our bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling. The carpet was dirty and the hall ways smelled light weed smoke. We stayed only 1 night to catch a flight out of Orlando airport. You get what you pay for with this hotel.

The surrounding area felt safe and even outside of hotel looked nice but that’s where it stopped. We only needed the room for a few hrs bc our flight was cancelled and moved but it served its purpose. Very sketchy when we arrived, felt like we might get mugged when we walked in and when we left for a bit after dropping off bags in room. Waited 10 min to check in while the counter guy was outside smoking weed, had what looked like was a booty call waiting for him as well in the lobby. Like I said was very sketchy. When we left for a bit to go somewhere to eat I felt like we walked through some shady stuff going down and like I said felt like we might get mugged. The room stunk like cheap cologne covering up something funky, stains on the floor and couch. Very outdated, some rooms were bad not in service according to list he had for us to selector room, 1 of the Elevators was Out of commission, description was misleading of hotel. Luckily we were only staying a few hrs but I would not recommend anyone staying here especially with kids.

Entire hotel is very dirty. No cleaning was done in 5 days of stay. Bad odor. Cockroaches. Killed 2. Dirty towels and floors. Toilet clogged. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Had to cancel rooms for 3 employees as they could tolerate the condition of the place .

Our first room had roaches and the faucet in the tub kept running. Charles at the front desk was very rude and not hospitable at all. We ended up moving to a different room and that tub was clogged in that one. We will definitely not be returning! It was the worst experience ever!
