Please dispose of trash daily in the designated resort dumpsters to maintain cleanliness.

📦 Package Deliveries

Only UPS, FedEx, or DHL deliver directly to vacation homes.
USPS does not deliver to resort addresses.
Some resorts may accept packages at the clubhouse (fees may apply).
We’re not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages.

💦 Important: Pool Heater Information

$35/day (minimum 3 consecutive days)
Temperature max: 95°F
Request at least 48h before check-in
Spa and pool share the same heating system (spa is not a hot tub)
Heater may temporarily shut off in cold weather to prevent overheating
No refunds for weather-related heating limitations
